Texonic is proud to announce that it has completed its first greenhouse gas emissions inventory for the 2023 reference year, marking a first step towards meeting the Government of Canada’s Net-Zero Challenge. This inventory covers the company’s Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Texonic is committed to reducing by 25% by 2035 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 for its Scope 1 and 2 emissions, in line with the requirements of the Challenge. The company is continuing its efforts towards a comprehensive action plan that will also target measures to reduce all of its emissions, including Scope 3.
